• Area: Non-Dangerous Goods 1,600 pyeong/Dangerous goods (room temperature) 300 pyeong/Dangerous goods (temperature-controlled) 300 pyeong x 2 buildings/High-pressure gas: 87 pyeong (for specific customers)
• Temperature control: -25°C to +30°C for dangerous materials and toxic substances.
• Dangerous materials: Class 4 (type 1, 2, 3, 4 stones, alcohols) and class 2 materials.
• Toxic substances: MDI, TDI, nitric acid, oxychloride, sulfuric acid, ammonium fluoride, etc. → Changes to the require items is possible.

Located in Undong District, New Port of Busan, this temperature-controlled logistics center handles general, hazardous, and toxic materials, serving as a base for both export and import operations.

Additionally, it can be used as a FREE TRADE ZONE, allowing goods to be stored without customs clearance for import. Depending on the situation, items can be returned, re-exported, or proceed with import processes.

• Logistics Center: Total site area 8,110 pyeong/Non-Dangerous Goods warehouse: 3,140 pyeong/Dangerous Goods warehouse: 530 pyeong (room-temperature 230 pyeong/toxic substances 300 pyeong)
• Main Services: Export-Import Enterprise Cooperative Logistics Center/Operation of hazardous and toxic (frozen / freeze and cool warehouses / Global Distribution Center)
• Handling Capacity: 80-100 TEU per day
• Facilities: Indoor 12m height, 2 dock levelers
